What We Host

Rent the Property for Any Occasion

Rooster Run works for more than fishing and weddings. We can accommodate up to 100 people with a covered pavilion, restroom, creek access, and total privacy. Event rentals start at $500/day.

Birthday Parties

Forget crowded restaurants and rented party rooms. Set up under the pavilion, build a campfire, let the kids explore by the creek. A birthday they’ll actually remember.

Family Reunions

Enough room for the whole family to spread out. Kids play by the creek while the adults catch up under the pavilion. Bring the grill and stay all day.

Church Gatherings

Baptisms by the creek, fellowship under the pavilion, or a youth group retreat with cabin accommodations. A peaceful place for your congregation.

Baby & Bridal Showers

The natural backdrop photographs beautifully. Set up under the pavilion with your decorations and let the creekside scenery do the rest.

30×40 Covered Pavilion

A spacious 30×40 covered pavilion keeps your group comfortable rain or shine. Plenty of room for tables, chairs, food, and decorations.

12×20 Stage with Roof

An attached covered stage for live music, speakers, performances, or a DJ. Already built and ready to go—just plug in and play.

Fire Pit & Firewood

A fire pit with log seating and firewood provided. The group can gather around after the main event, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the evening.

800ft Creek Access

Buffalo Creek runs right through the property with 800 feet of waterfront. Kids can wade and explore, or bring rods and enjoy some creek fishing.

Sleeper Cabin

A cozy on-site cabin with a queen bed, TV, and mini-fridge. Available for an overnight stay if the organizer or a guest needs a place to crash.

Unisex Restroom

A clean, on-site unisex restroom for your guests. No renting porta-potties.

Camper/RV Hookup

Bring your camper or RV and hook up on-site for an extra $50/day. A great option for multi-day events or guests who want to stay overnight.

Field Parking

Pull right in and park on the grass. Ample open field parking for guest vehicles, SUVs, and campers—no tight paved lots.
