Buffalo Creek

Walk out your door and fish on Buffalo Creek—a peaceful, spring-fed creek that runs right through the property.

800 Feet of Creekside Waterfront

Rooster Run sits directly on Buffalo Creek in Grainger County with over 800 feet of private waterfront, giving you walk-out access to the water from the moment you arrive. No long hikes to a distant river—you’re already there.

Buffalo Creek is a spring-fed creek, so the water stays cool year-round—even in the warmer months. It’s a beautiful stretch of water and a great spot to spend a morning, an afternoon, or an entire weekend with a rod in hand.

Whether you want a quiet morning solo session, a father-son weekend, or a multi-day trip with friends, you have a private base camp with a cabin, a campfire, and creek access steps from your door.

A Cozy Sleeper Cabin on the Creek

After a day on the water, you don’t have to drive home. The on-site sleeper cabin is small but comfortable—just enough room for a queen bed, a TV on the wall, and a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cold. It’s not a suite, it’s a place to crash after a good day of fishing.

The front porch faces away from the creek for a little privacy, with rocking chairs where you can sit and unwind. But open the window inside and Buffalo Creek is right there—close enough to hear the water while you fall asleep.

Book the cabin for an overnight fishing trip and you’ve got everything in one spot: creek access, a campfire, and a bed for the night. Full amenities included—bathroom, pavilion access, fire pit, and picnic tables.
